Problem with New Backup Job in FrontView

Hi CaseyH,

I have managed to find a kind of a solution for the problem - I am backing up the whole 'videos' folder to backup - it is a bit more time consuming, I admit. Now I have different problem. As I am backing up to my external hard drive(s), when I unplugged them and after use with my PS3 returned and reconnected to my Readynas Ultra 2 I cannot write anymore to these drives. If I go to Shares\Shares Listing\CIFS\Advanced Options I see the following:
Share folder owner: root
Share folder group: root

If I try to change it to nobody and nogroup, after pressing apply button it goes back to root/root.

Is this how should it be, or there's a bug in the software? Just maybe a remark one of the hard disks is USB 3.0 and connected to the front port (USB 3.0) and the other one is USB 2.0 and connected to one of the ports on the back.

And after creating backup job from Backup to Hard Disk I get error with the following log:

Reason for failure:
Error encountered copying data from source path ==> /USB_HDD_3//GAMEZ due to unknown reason. Please see log.


Please share with me if you have any ideas how to backup to my hard disks again.
