Problems copying files to Media Folder on ReadyNAS

To answer your questions, as follows:
1) RAIDiator v 4.1.6
2) I have tried both wired and wireless and it makes no difference. 100Mbps 802.11g
3) Sky supplied router - Netgear DG834G.

p.s. I should have added that I do not have auto-update switched on.
