Problems copying from one NAS to another
It seems i'm having a problem transferring my music files and folders from my Stora to my ReadyNAS. Using OS X 10.8.4.. everything was working fine until i started copying about 5.1GB of data from ...
error code -50 is "Error in user parameter list", which is not particularly informative.
Since you suspect the name, perhaps rename the file on the laptop to something simple (x.y perhaps) and try the copy again.
There is a limit on the full name (including path) so you could also try saving the file to the main share and not a subfolder, and see if that works.
