RAIDar 4.3.8 Missing Status Info
Hello,
I have had a long time issue with some of my ReadyNAS units not showing "status" indicators. I have tested this on several machines' windows os's and I can see the same things missing. I am attaching a screen shot of what it looks like(I am not sure if this will let me attach?). I will define below.
MAC Address - Showing Correct
*Model - Showing Correct
*Host Name - Showing Correct
*IP Address - Showing Correct
*Volume Status - No Green Dot or Info on hover
*Disc Status - No Green Dot or Info on hover
*UPS - No Green Dot or Info on hover
*FAN - No Green Dot or Info on hover
*TEMP - No Green Dot or Info on hover
*Firmware - Showing Correct
I really could use the basic feature to work but I am not sure how to solve it. I have even reloaded the ReadyNAS OS6 on one of the units and it still does not report correctly. I really need some guidance as how to solve this. Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks.
Brett

The issues you are finding in RAIDar are known, and at present you need to access the NAS web page to get the missing information.
