Raidar 6.5 can not detect my ReadyNasUltra2
Hi
I installed my ReadyNasUltra about a year ago. At that time I had the same problem that Raidar 6.5 App did not find my NAS on my local home network. Anyway I got it running and then only used it as a backup drive. Now I had a problem that my Win 10 computer dropped the connection after a while and I wanted to try set a fixed IP on the ReadyNas.
1) Why can't the Raidar find the NAS when connected by LAN wire only via a standard switch? It fails immediatelly almost as it dos not even try to find it!!??
2) When I try to log on to the NAS I only get to a page called "readynasultra/shares" but with no menu options at all but Shares and change Password!! Why is that?? Before I could log on to the Main menu interface!
The NAS unit otherwise works fine, I just copied 330GB of video files to it without any problem!
Best regards
/Jan

May I know the URL you used in accessing the local admin page of the Ultra 2?
You should be able to access the admin page by using the URL: https://<ReadyNAS IP address>/admin, where <ReadyNAS IP address> is the IP address of the ReadyNAS.

Browse to https://readynasultra/admin (or https://nas-ip-address/admin). Either way, you will get into frontview after you log into the NAS admin account.
By default, the web server in the NAS redirects to https://readynasultra/shares - which isn't what you want.
