Raidar can't find readyNas
Hi! First of all, sorry for my bad english!!! I have a problem! I can't find readyNas in my network... :( Last night i switch it off, and this morning i can't find it... I don't know the why!.....
First I would contact support. If the unit is new, you might still have free phone support. If not, use the on-line system.
If the switch doesn't see activity on the ethernet line, then it is probably a hardware failure in the NAS itself. If so, then your data should be intact (and if the unit is under warranty, Netgear should RMA you a new one).
