Raidar can't find readyNas
Hi! First of all, sorry for my bad english!!! I have a problem! I can't find readyNas in my network... :(
Last night i switch it off, and this morning i can't find it...
I don't know the why!... In my cisco's switch the led connected with it does not flash...
The led of system are all static, but i can hear the discs inside...
I've tried to connect the unit directly with my iMac, but there's no change...
What can be???...what can i do to fix it???...
Thanks in advance for the help!

You can't do it without the disks installed. The OS Re-install re-installs the OS onto the OS partition on the disks.
The label under the machine tell RND2000 V2 - but, looking the link i can tell Duo v1...why?... :? - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredIt would be a v1 hardware revision 2, but that's still a v1.
To do an OS Re-install:
1. Press and hold reset button at the back of the unit (e.g. with a paperclip)
2. Press power button
3. Continue holding reset button. The disk LEDs will blink briefly after about 5 seconds. Release the reset button after that blink. - PriksAspirantOk, in this way i restore the OS!...but my discs are configured in RAID 0...is a problem?...the NAS recognized the discs configuration in the right way???...i risk to lose my data?...
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredAn OS Re-install leaves data intact. You can monitor the progress of the OS Re-install in RAIDar (http://www.readynas.com/downloads)
