Raidar volume status

FWIW, you aren't showing RAIDar, you are showing the NAS web ui's volume status.
Can you tell us what firmware you are running (it's shown on the overview tab)?
I'm not sure how you got to this point, but if you need to preserve the data on the NAS then you should immediately use paid support (my.netgear.com). This is not something you should try to fix on your own.
If you have a full backup (or don't care about the data) then the simplest path is to use the "perform factory default" control on the settings tab. That will wipe everything, and you will need to
- set up the NAS again
- restore all the data from a backup.
