RAIDr Cannot Find ReadyNAS after Factory Reset
Hi,
I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 2 with 2x 2Tb Drives inside.
I needed to start from scratch so I went to factory reset my ReadyNAS using the boot menu (hold down reset, press power etc), and RAIDr finds my ReadyNAS to begin with to enable me to click Setup and choose a RAID type.
I then click go and it starts to do its thing.
RAIDr then cannot find the ReadyNAS on the network.
I thought it may go away and back during setup but I have left it for nearly two days and RAIDr cannot seem to pick it up on my network.
It has an IP, which I got from my routers connected devices page, and I can ping it but RAIDr doesn't pick it up and navigating to the admin page fails.
I have tried factory reset (both XRAID & Erase) & OS Reinstall, but all the same, it appears for me to kick things off but then dissapears for ever more.
Has anyone else ever had this issue, any suggestions on how to fix?
Thanks
I have sent you a PM.

It is normal for it to disappear but it should reappear quite quickly if all is working well.
- markjwigginsAspirantThe mdgm, internal FW flash fixes the issue
