Cannot access admin page or share on readynas NV+ V2
I can no longer access the admin page or any shares on my NV+ V2. Raidar does find the NAS and shows the 2 drives as healthy. I have tried firefox, chrome, safari and IE with no luck. I have tri...

Hello Raileyc,
Please perform Skip Volume Check on your NAS. Click here for instructions.
Once done and you are able to get to the admin page and files, back up the files and see if you will be able to download logs.

Hi JennC, i've done that in the boot menu and it is still sticking on the 'Checking Root FS' message' Ive left it overnight an no change. The boot till took a long time. What next?!?

That seems a bigger problem. Do you have back up of the files?
Please also install RAIDar 6.0, let me know what it will show you, post a screenshot.

the files are backed up across the 3 drives in the NAS at the moment, so no is the answer :-(

Please contact support center. The support warranty of your product already expired, however since this is going to be your first time to contact, you are entitled to a grace support.
