Cannot access admin page or share on readynas NV+ V2

I can no longer access the admin page or any shares on my NV+ V2. Raidar does find the NAS and shows the 2 drives as healthy.    I have tried firefox, chrome, safari and IE with no luck. I have tri...

That seems a bigger problem. Do you have back up of the files?

 

Please also install RAIDar 6.0, let me know what it will show you, post a screenshot.

the files are backed up across the 3 drives in the NAS at the moment, so no is the answer :-(Screen Shot 2015-10-28 at 11.08.26.png

    Please contact support center. The support warranty of your product already expired, however since this is going to be your first time to contact, you are entitled to a grace support.

     

    I strongly suggest calling support, 08434538000 I believe is their contact number.
