NAS is very slow, to see the files in the computer take for ever

I user netgear a lot but this time in a client I'm having problem, we have around 400 GB of files, over 30,000 pictures, the problem is every time you go to see a folder with picture take for ever fo...

Hi ndpm,

 

That was for RN314.

 

You also have RN104 regsitered. But the case I mentioned is for RN314. Is this a different RN314 unit?

I provided IT services and I have a netgear in all of my clients, this is a client with a RN3314 but never register under my account.

    Hello ndpm,

     

    Try getting to support center, you need to provide the SN of the NAS. But also take note of the name of the registered owner they might ask for it.
