Hello ndverge,
How about the mapping the NAS' hostname and assign a drive letter for it?

No. When i have to configure new computers that may be a problem with those new users who are not in our company.

Both my RN102 and RN202 show up under network (on Windows 10) and both are running production 6.4.2.
Unfortunately showing up under network has been hit-or-miss for years (and I think is the same with all NAS). Adding a network location in file explorer is one workaround, putting a shortcut on the desktop is another. I understand this is extra work when configuring a new PC, but I don't think there is a silver bullet to fix this.
