You have mixed capacities drives, 2TB and 3TB, which means you have (at least) two RAID arrays concatenated as a single BTRFS volume.
The NAS attempted to assemble the first RAID array (the base one) and failed as two disks are out of sync.
The NAS attempted to assemble the second RAID array (the secondary one) and failed as two disks are out of sync.
Two drives are out of both RAID arrays, so this is a Data Recovery situation. You should contact NETGEAR Support.
