Yeah thats what we think is going on as well, but it seems so fundamental that I find it hard to believe at the same time as running out of other options!
It would be good if there was an official response to this. Is there any way to escalate it?

Out of curiosity, which USB port do you have the stick plugged into? Have you tried booting with the USB stick plugged into a different USB port?

Its plugged in the front port. We have not actually tried the ports at the back I dont think. Will try that on Monday to see if there is any difference.
