ReadyNas Model running OS 4x Don't Work With Sierra
I have spent weeks on end unable to access my device in Sierra. I was told that it is supported. Here is but one thread on the web discussing others troubles. Thousands of dolloars invested in Netgea...
Here is the solution:
1) No Jumbo Frames
2) No AFS on ReadyNAS shares (exception is Time Machine
3) Delete all cahced logins in Keychain
4) Connect via SMB
What I had to go through to get this is unforunate but after having tested on my device and another friend over the web, I can confirm this will resovle the issues.
The products running RAIDiator had already been discontinued for years by the time Sierra came out.
Our testing shows RAIDiator-x86 4.2.x works with Sierra.
Technology moves on. I'm disappointed Apple Macs I spent a lot on some years ago now can't run Sierra.
