Thanks for your interest.
I have 2 PCs connected by Ethernet and 1 laptop, connected by WiFi.
All are on a network and connected to the NAS
Each has its own OE program (same address of course, so any incoming emails
can be collected from any of them at any time)
The emails are stored in the appropriate file on each PC, but if I go to another PC I cannot see, nor answer, an emails received on any other PC.
It seems pointless having more than one OE program, all operating on my behalf, yet I am unable to see the sum total of all traffic over the 3 versions in one place !
I had hoped that if I could run just one OE program - from the network or the NAS - all the data would be gathered in one place, to be accessed or replied to from there.
I know that Microsoft's OE (like some of its users !) is getting long in the tooth, and I have been unable to find any help on it's website, but I thought that maybe some of the experienced users of this forum may have evolved a way of doing this.
Of course, there may be other EMail programs out there which may fit the bill, and I would be grateful for any information about them.
Kind Regards,
