Ok. So you are double routing. Independent of what worked before, you shouldn't be doing that. You should be setting the WNR3700 up in "AP" mode. The user manual tells you how to do that.
In AP mode you will be using 192 addresses throughout your network. DLNA is not designed to pass through NAT routers, and DLNA discovery generally won't work if the NAS is on the WAN side of that router, and the clients are on the WLAN/LAN side.
