I would try an OS reinstall, here are the French instructions

I think if you can't follow those then you should contact Netgear support, you can do this online or by phone as you have 90 days free telephonic support. Online is easy and they respond quite quickly.
An OS reinstall does not wipe your data. Make sure you do NOT do a factory default which would wipe your data
EDIT. I am trying to follow your other thread in French and I sense you are uncomfortable with the boot menu. Accessing the boot menu itself is not unusual, as long as you choose the right option it is safe.
The option you want is OS reinstall (Réinstallation du système d'exploitation)
You should always have a backup of your data. OS reinstall is very safe but it is recommended that you make a backup before doing it if you don't have one already. I'm sure jonjonoo will say something similar.
