Ready Nas duo v2 won't recognize external usb drives over 2

yes tried it, same result.. i have 2 old nas boxes.. both have no issues with any of my externals.. products should work as advertised, i appreciate you trying to stick up for them, and if this was a new technology, I would be much more understanding.. But as I pointed out, all my ext boxes worth with much older nas boxes.. therefore, as someone who works in the computer field, I consider their public release of this product to be a beta.. just not acceptable to me. this kind of stuff is how companies begin to go down hill.. I am not trying to be a pompous ass my any means, but I am sick and tired of companies these days pulling this.. when they do, I take pleasure in blogging about it and costing them as much biz as they deserve to lose..
