ReadyCLOUD - Reinitialising backup folder

I too am having the exact same problem after Windows 10 updated and would like to know how to resolve this.

Firmware I'm running is 6.9.3.  How do I run with a beta?  Note, I can access folders via Windows, but access to the admin page via chrome/edge/firefox/readycloud is spotty at best and inconsistent.  I have not had a stable connection with the admin page since the Windows 10 April 2018 update.

You can follow this link to download the Beta Firmware.

 

Also try to leave and re-join ReadyCloud service on your NAS.
