ReadyCLOUD can't delete shared user
Hi,
I can't delete user on page ReadyCLOUD >shared folders>e-mail user.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad that this ReadyCLOUD user has been removed from your system. I was about to suggest to disable or totally leave the Cloud to see if that helps. Kindly mark this thread closed by clicking the "Accept as Solution" button in one of the responses that you received.

Hi wolay84,
Are you logged in as admin in the ReadyCLOUD portal when trying to delete this user? You can also delete the ReadyCLOUD accounts in the admin page under Accounts -> Cloud Users.

1.Yes, I logged as admin in the ReadyCLOUD portal when trying delete. Not working.
2. When try delete in admin page I see this:
