Hello mc41,
Please provide more info.
- What is the model number of the NAS?
- What is the current firmware version?
- Are you logging in using the main ReadyCloud account?
- Is the ReadyNAS getting on the Internet?
- Are you using a computer that is connected to the same network where the NAS is when logging in to ReadyCloud portal?
- When you use ReadyCloud app on Windows/Mac desktop or on an Android, do you get the same problem?
- Do you log in using ReadyCloud account that is in an email address format?
Regards,

Did you set up a readycloud account on the portal? ReadyCloud accounts are managed by Netgear, and they all are in email-address format.
