Have you tried rebooting the NAS? or setting up a static IP for the NAS? Is the NAS on the latest firmware?
I had a Smart TV before wherein it's not seeing the Share but then after a few minutes it automatically refreshed and the DLNA share appeared.

I've got this equipment since 9 years now and restarting it doesn't fix it. Firmware is updated to the latest version yes.
It's already with a static IP address.
Have you tried accessing the DLNA server with a different client? For instance, VLC on a PC or Mac.

Using VLC with this link: https://www.vlchelp.com/access-media-upnp-dlna/ I don't see anything under "Universal Plug'n' Play"
However, using the Windows explorer works perfectly well, I can browse the NAS without any issue at all.
