What firmware are you running in the ReadyNAS?

It certainly shouldn't have deleted ReadyCloud account. I suggest downloading the log zip file. Then send JohnCM_S or Marc_V a private message that iasks them to analyze the logs. Include a link to the log zip file (in google drive, dropbox, etc) and also a link to this thread.
