ReadyNAS 102 not recognizing a second drive

Or forget it, I swapped the drive bays and reboot the NAS. Now it's rebuilding the new drive as RAID 1, which is exactly what I would have wanted.
A process I will call "Not Hot, but Definitely Swap."
ReadyNAS Experience: it's been weird but pleasant. I think the whole initial setup process could use better documentation -- once the system's up, ReadyNAS Admin software is excellent.
Features are excellent. I especially liked that I could plug in my half dozen old USB drives directly into the NAS and import all my files without having to leave them plugged into a laptop all night.
