ReadyNAS 102, soft v.6.10.4 - lost volumes

I have this NAS with 2 sata 2TB Samsung HD204UI discs, set as RAID. I don't remember which one - RAID 1, RAID0 or X-RAID - the last one is the most probable. I haven't reach the NAS for a few months. I tried yesterday, and I have the info that I have no volumes, but when I go to System/Volumes, there is an alert "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1, 2." I found similar problem here, but the solution was to use "Saved USB Encryption Keys" - I have never created any and I have never used any, so I do not have any. Is there any other way to get to data on the device? It was a family archive (photos, music, videos, etc.) and it would be a serious tragedy, if we loose it. Please, help.

First piece of advice - DON'T delete any volumes.

Download the full log zip file from the logs page - that will provide a lot more information on what happened.

The logs can be hard to interpret - if you want me to analyze them for you, then you can put the full zip into cloud storage (google drive, dropbox, etc), and send me a private message (PM) with a link.  (You won't be able to attach the zip).  Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.  You send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
