I also confirmed that 6.1.5 with Factory reset does NOT help solving the RN104 regular crashes. It is true that the number of crashes during copying process are much lower but mine is still crashing even when I am not doing anything with it.
If it would not be that expensive, it would already be in the bin since a while...
This issue is experienced by customers for > 6 months and it is still not fixed...I don't know what to do with it anymore as the netgear support was not of help, so far.
