ReadyNAS 104 not functional after update to 6.4.0

I have updated my NAS to ReadyOS 6.4.0 but after the update the system will not complete the boot process.

 

The system starts and stops with the text "ReadNAS 6.4.0" on the LCD display. It is not possible to access the NAS via the network and it does not react to pressures to any buttons (need to remove power to switch off).

 

It seems that the DHCP is working since the IP address is assigned, but no way to reach it.



I've already performed the recovery procedure through the USB stick, but the result is the same.
I've also tried to revert to version 6.2.5 using the USB recovery procedure, but when the systems restars it immediately updates back to 6.4.0 and get stuck.

 

I desperately need some help here !!!

      Not yet. I've opened a support ticket, but then I should go for phone support and I've not yet manged to call them in office time.
