Can you post a screenshot of the volume page in the web ui?
Also download the full zip file from the logs page. It is a bit cyptic - if you'd like I can take a look. You'd need to upload the zip to cloud storage (drop box, google drive, etc) and send me a download link via PM. Send the PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Make sure the link permissions allow anyone with the link to download.

Downloading the logs gives an error. But I have copied and pasted the logs from the past month into a text file that I will send you.
The error it gives is:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Please shut down the NAs remove all the disks insert them back again and check for the volume status. If you still face the issue you can open a support case we will get the SDM and check for the mounting issue.
And please tell me whether you are able to access the data now or whether you are facing issue in accessing the data if yes then please share the error screenshot.
