Strange... OS reinstall should have already did it. Regarding this, its best that you contact Netgear Support and ask for their assistance: http://support.netgear.com/general/contact/#tab-call -- Be reminded that they might offer you a support contract if ever the free 90-day support for your NAS has already lapse.
