ReadyNAS 1100 and WD2002FAEX drives

Ok, so after it supposedly was done syncing the third drive it was hung up, I had to hard reset the unit and when it came back up I was able to get into Frontview which said the volume was syncing. Checking the health tab said the third disk I added was dead. It said to reboot and do a file system check which proceeded to do and when it came back up I just have a blinking blue light and it doesn't show up in RAIDar.
