Using RAIDar how will it find the device if it has no (known) IP address? Or are we assuming that it has one, it just isn't the one I'm expecting? Or does it find devices some other way? I'll give it a go and let you know what happens.
Not sure when it was bought. Likely it was 2008-09 so it might well be under warranty. I'll need to dig out that info.
