ReadyNAS responds to ping but nothing else
I have a 2-bay ReadyNas network drive that was working fine up until a couple days ago. Now the shares don't show up on the network and enjoy the "Site can't be reached" error page when I try to access the admin page. About all I can do is watch it respond to a ping and stare at the "Login: " prompt when I try to ssh to it. Oy yea, I can also watch the little green light flash next to the LAN connection. The front panel shows all the lights blue and steady.
I've already tried the obvious stuff like cycling power. When I turn it on I hear the disks spin up so at least there's that.
Is there any way to get this back working or, at least, find out better about what is wrong?
I suggest reserving the IP address for the NAS in your router.

Do you need to back up the data on the NAS?

Firstly, thank you for the prompt response!
Data backup has already been taken care of. (Thank you BackBlaze) Though I wouldn't argue if I could get this working without having to reload anything.
It's a model RN10200. The sticker on the bottom says Firmware version 6.1.5. However, I recall having upgraded it in February and then going through all kinds for difficulty because of an issue with a Microsoft patch. The result was having to ssh to the drive, creating a flag file, and then reloading something or other. It had been running quite nicely even after that until a few days ago. That's when it disappeared from everywhere.
What's my next steps?

I'm glad you gave the model information, otherwise I would have assumed a duo v1.
With the RN102, I'd start with using RAIDar 6.x, and see what status it gives you. You can also download the logs from RAIDar, which would be helpful in understanding what's happening (though it might fail in your case).
Someone from Netgear (perhaps mdgm-ntgr or kohdee ) might want to take a look - if so, they will likely PM you..
You could also power down, and run vendor diags on the two disks (lifeguard for WD, seatools for Seagate).
