Strange. Set my laptop to the same subnet as what the NAS was, plug in to LAN1 and RAIDar finds it immediately on the IP address that it is supposed to have. I can access the web browser interface and all is configured correctly. It seems slow to load pages though.
Plug it in to the main network and it can't be contacted. Plug my laptop into the same switch ports and it can be contacted fine.
Currently doing a disk check. Next step, reinstall the OS as per http://support.wavesco.com/category/keyword-tags/readynas-firmware-reinstall
