Unless you blanked out the model number in the RAIDar screen, I suspect your problem is a corrupted VPD (vendor product data) file. Only Netgear can repair that. The mods (@Marc_V and @JeraldM ) sometimes repair the VPDs remotely, so that is perhaps an option.
