ReadyNAS 2120 v2 critical CPU temperature

Hello

At what temperature begins the critical CPU temperature of that NAS? We have one, which shows normal temperature about 65°C, but on backup time, it jumps to 76°C. Room temperature is about 28°C.

I think 76°C is too high, isn't it?

Thanks for a short answer - pPerfect would be to get a document, in which the critical temperatures are listed.

With kind regards

Gerrit Herkenrath

  • 76 is on the high side. mine is about 65 when operational and around 60 when not.

check your fan settings under performance. if need be set it higher (cool) than quiet or balanced
