readynas 3100

Hi, I have a readynas 3100, and it has only 3TB Memory. Now I bought 4, 4TB hard drives, I would like to replace these with the old 1TB hard drives with hot swap. Is there any special way to do ...

I am running 4.2.25 firmware. Updated one is 4.2.26.

Thanks for the recommended Path, but need to know is there any possibility to upgrade it without turning off the readynas 3100.
