ReadyNas 31222d Keep Blink Led Power After Os Reinstall

Question

HI comunity. I have a client with a ReadyNas 31222d. The lost the admin password. Reading de support, i do a a reinstall os. The hardware have a 21 hours with tge blue led (power) blink. In the RAIDAir i can see the Nas, with the Ip address and the host name. The two green led of the two disk, but i can`t access to the nas. What else can i do? thanks for your help.

I Can't download dthe log, because the raidar prompt me for a user and password, and i dont have it..

Try admin for the username, and password.&nbsp; If you did the OS reinstall correctly, those are the credentials the NAS will be wanting.
