ReadyNAS 314 - ReadyCloud shares have disappeared after firmware upgrade

Hello,

 

We've got a ReadyNAS 314 (not sure of the exact model #) which looks to have upgraded itself to firmware version 6.10.3 this morning - after which no-one has been able to log into the drive via ReadyCLOUD web access and get to shared folders.

I've logged into the admin page for the device, and Cloud sharinging is still on, with all folders showing the correct shares for users. On the "Cloud" page in admin I tried leaving and rejoining the device, but that hasn't made any difference. I can access the drive and all shared folders via the Windows app, but just not through the website. This method isn't perfect as other users have network config issues to see the drive via the app, so it would be better if ReadyCLOUD access could be restored.

    ReadyCloud is currently experiencing an issue where users cannot see the shares or the shares are not listed on the portal. Please try using the Desktop or mobile app as a workaround. It is currently being worked on at this moment.

      Hi Marc_V,

       

      We seem to be having trouble with the Windows desktop app too - we can login and see the shared folders, but when we click on a shared folder it opens File Explorer on the local Documents folder, and doesn't show contents of the shared folders.

       

      Any advice gratefully received!
