You login as "root". The password will be what the password when you last installed EnableRootSSH or when you last did a firmware/OS re-install (http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu) whichever came later. A firmware/OS re-install leaves data intact and resets both the 'admin' and 'root' passwords to the default one.
If you remember the 'root' password and can successfully login via SSH you can change the 'root' password simply by using the passwd command!:
