ReadyNAS Admin page blank - please help!

Hallo everyone,

 

I tryied to update the firmware on my ReadyNAS NVX but recieved an error.

I used the USB-Recovery Tool in order to solve the update failure.

I installed a blank hard drive and made a factory reset.

I have access to NAS folders (backup, media), but the Modell-field in RAIDar is empty as well as the frontview.

Please help me out to restore the admin page get working again.
