ReadyNAS antivirus stopped updating Readynas 3138 Firmware 6.9.3
My ReadyNAS stopped receiving antivirus updates on March 20th 2018. With ssh enabled I tried running freshclam and received the following message: ClamAV update process started at Thu Apr 19 14:3...

I was able to address the issue by removing the mirrors.dat file to reset the download history.
rm /var/lib/clamav/mirrors.dat
Then ran freshclam again and the updates downloaded with out issue.

You might want to try reporting this to ClamAV via https://www.clamav.net/contact and see what they say.
74.115.25.14 does seem to be offline - they should either bring it back to life, or remove it's DNS entry.
Though it is odd that your DNS resolver always ends up with that address.
