Been running for over 12 hours. Should I perservere? I am assumimg all my data is lost and will revert to backup.

All I really want to do now is reset to factory settings and rebuild but do not get any other options apart from normal on boot menu.
PRODUCT # RND4000-200AJS
SERIAL # 2V0428EF002B7
Hoping this helps.

Hi SimonCurry,
Have you pressed or pushed the backup button to cycle through the boot menu selection? Since you have three hard drives, what if you try it with a single drive first and see if it will give you the option for "Factory Reset".
Kind regards,
BrianL

You can also unformat (or zero) the drives in a windows system. Then the NAS will do a fresh install.
