ReadyNas Duo dropping connection

Hi
I presumed that as the readynas was ethernet connected direct to the router, that it had a fixed IP address (this may not be the case, but from looking at the IP address, it doesn't seemed to have changed). Not sure about the TV ip address. Am unable to connect TV via ethernet, as there is no ethernet point near that TV (only our main one), hence the wifi connection. The duo is running 4.1.13. I know that there is a firmware upgrade, but if it was a firmware issue, then surely it would affect both TVs?
