Looking at that screenshot you appear to be running very, very old firmware. Your unit was probably sitting on a shelf somewhere for quite a while unless you bought it second hand.
Please update to RAIDiator 4.1.7 or later, verify update is successful and then do another factory reset. A factory reset on 4.1.7 or later will give you 4k sector alignment, without this your write performance will likely be poor.
Another thing you should note is that your 2TB disks are not on the Hard Disk HCL
There is a WD20EARS on the compatibility list but the notes specify a different version of it.
Do be aware that if you run into issues with these disks NetGear will likely deny support.
