ReadyNas Duo from 500gb to 4 tb

Thank you very much for the prompt help.
I tryed to upgrade first with Raidiator 4.8 Sparc, and it stucks, then with Raidiator arm and update fails.
I was not aware of the HDC list when i purchased, new and sealed, the unit. On the box is declared compatibility with SATA and SATA 2 Disks, not with "some" of them.
Watching now, with a magnifier, i can see that the note 1 printed uppercase white on black in a four px size, is not a dust particle on the black background.
Nor I was advised of this incompatibility by the dealer (a major informatic ipermarket), who sold me three hd to use with that unit (I bought one more as spare).
So, for a dust particle hideing a too small number in Netgear box, I am vasteing hours and hours of my attention.
If netgear refuses support for those disks, shall I go back to the 500 gb and keep the unit that way?
