Update to 4.1.8 with only one disk was successful, but inserting the second disk and resetting did not correct the difference of available space between the disks.
I made that procedure leaving inside the bay the first disk, which was the one with low availability.
So I remade it takeing out the first disk and leaving the second, and after reset I hot inserted the first. After sync the two disks were finally pair.

P.S. My Ethernet card supports jumbo frames, may I ask you another advice? On the card configuration I must choose between various jumbo modality. 2/3/4/5/6/7 kb MTU, which one is correct?
