If you don't have a current backup, then I think the next step is to try to offload the data. If you are using XRAID, you can do that by installing r-linux for windows on a Windows PC, and connecting disk 1 of the NAS to the PC (either using SATA or a USB adapter/dock). R-linux for windows is free and can be found here: https://www.r-studio.com/free-linux-recovery/

Yikes! am I to interpret your answer that there is no way to get the unit functioning again so I must try to recover the data?
I am trying to understand root cause since PING works and RAIDar lets me blink the lights. Is there no way to get it to mount to my Windows File Explorer?

I'm just saying that I think offloading the data is the right next step, especially if you can't access the NAS with either https://nas-ip-address/admin or \\nas-ip-address in windows explorer.
After that you could try to to troubleshoot further, or you could just do a factory reset (which wipes the disks). But your data would be safe.

One thing you could try is to run the command prompt, and enter
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nas-ip-address\C /user:admin nas-admin-password
Be careful on the typing (both spaces and slash direction). The first command terminates any open network sessions; the second attempts to mount the C volume as drive T.

Yes, thanks, of course this is the best next step. I will attempt to backup my drive ASAP. Since they are raid 0,do I just use one of the drives or do I need both connected to the PC?
(I did try the to remount it in Windows and got "path not found" error in the command prompt).
