ReadyNAS Duo no longer accessible through Windows
I can no longer access my ReadyNAS from my Windows File Manager or HTTPS. When I run RAIDar, I see the MAC address, IP Address, and the lights are working BUT the "Setup" button is greyed out so I ca...

Yes, thanks, of course this is the best next step. I will attempt to backup my drive ASAP. Since they are raid 0,do I just use one of the drives or do I need both connected to the PC?
(I did try the to remount it in Windows and got "path not found" error in the command prompt).

RAID-0 likely will get in the way here.
If you have two volumes (C and D), then the disks are independent - so you'd only need to connect one at a time. If you have a single C volume, then the data is striped across both disks, and they both need to be connected.
R-Linux for Windows certainly won't handle the single-volume case (and it's possible that it won't handle the two-volume case either). You might need to use R-Studio instead (which isn't free - cost is ~$80). ReclaiMe is another paid choice (but is a lot more expensive - cost is ~$200). Both let you download and try them for free, but you need to activate the license before you can offload the data.
Do you have any experience with Linux (in particular Linux shell commands)? Also, is ssh enabled on the Duo?

Actually I think I set it up for RAID 1 because I wanted redundancy not necessarily performance. So if one drive fails (which has happened) I just put another on in and its good.
If it is RAID 1 do you have different recommendations of a process to preserve my data?
I dont know Linux and dont know what SSH is so I probably didnt set that up.

RAID-1 is what XRAID uses, so you might have just used that.
This is tricky because you've lost track of what you have.
Power down the NAS, and remove disk 1.
Install R-linux for Windows, and connect disk 1 to the PC (usb dock/adapter or sata). That should work, though FlexRAID/RAID-1 might behave a little differently from XRAID/RAID-1.
If that fails, then try powering up the NAS with slot 1 empty (using the boot menu option to skip the volume check). there's a chance it will boot and let you access the data or the web ui. If that works, then the issue is with disk 1.

Took drive 1 out and nothing is changed....attached is raidar

Looks like you didn't skip the file system check. That could result in data loss.
Have you tried r-linux for windows yet?
